Showroom Terms & Conditions

Please review the operating terms that govern our interactions, fabric reservations, and physical showroom visits.

1. Showroom RCS SMS & WhatsApp Bookings

At a Glance

All fabric viewings, saree selections, and custom drapes can be previewed via personal WhatsApp and RCS SMS Service or experienced directly at our physical showrooms in Dhalgarwad and Juhapura, Ahmedabad.

2. Fabric Variations & Handloom Authenticity

Our cotton collection, designer sarees, and hand-loomed fabrics feature natural variations in dye, weave, and zari borders. These characteristics are hallmarks of authentic textile craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

3. Reservations & Custom Tailoring

Unstitched dress materials and fancy fabrics can be reserved for up to 48 hours following a WhatsApp consultation. Custom tailoring or fabric cutting requests require a non-refundable booking deposit.

4. Showroom Exchange Policy

Exchanges for unused, uncut fabrics in original condition are permitted within 7 days at either Ahmedabad showroom location. We do not support automated checkouts or online refunds.

5. Governing Law

Showroom Hours: Daily 11 AM - 8 PM

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
